Terms of Service

Welcome to Fetti. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

Fetti is a money tracking and tax estimation tool for cash workers. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any specific purpose. Tax estimates are estimates — not professional tax advice. Always consult a licensed CPA before filing your taxes.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Fetti.
• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. We use magic-link authentication; if your email is compromised, your account is compromised.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts. We may suspend accounts that appear to be shared or resold.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and immediate.

Your data

Everything you log in Fetti belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your shifts, expenses, venues, or any other content you enter. We grant ourselves a limited license to store and display it back to you for the purpose of operating the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Subscriptions and billing

• Fetti offers a free tier (limited to 10 shifts per month) and a Pro subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current paid period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but if you believe you were charged in error, contact support@fetti.tips and we'll review your case in good faith.
• Prices shown in USD. Currency conversion fees from your bank are your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activity.
• Try to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service in ways that impose undue load.
• Resell access to the service.
• Upload content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or violates their privacy.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

Tax disclaimer

Fetti calculates federal tax estimates based on the data you enter and the IRS rules in effect for the current year. These estimates are simplified and do not account for state taxes, local taxes, dependents, retirement contributions, health insurance premiums, or many other real-world factors that affect your actual tax liability. Use the estimates as a planning tool, not as a substitute for professional tax preparation. We are not tax advisors. We are not a CPA. We are software.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fetti is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost income, missed tax deductions, or incorrect tax filings. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party can terminate this agreement at any time. You can do so by deleting your account. We can do so by closing your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Fetti is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by your local jurisdiction.
